69th ANNUAL FESTA DELLA REPUBBLICA: June 7th, 2015

Join IACS, COMITES and the Council of Presidents, along with cooperation of over 22 Italian Clubs and Associations for the 69th Annual Festa della Repubblica on Sunday, June 7th, 2015. Doors open 2:00 pm for the festivities to begin...end your fun filled day with dancing and refreshments. Our Special Guest Speaker for this event is Anthony Rugiero, restauranteur and our young Special Guests are Ms. Ylenia Bonni' and Mr. Damiano Alloggia.

This years Miss Abruzzese 2015 Pageant Winner, Federica Risi

Monthly Family style dinner. May 1st featured food & music from the regions of Abruzzo & Molise. Entertainment  included Mr Aron Caruso performing the works of Abruzzese composer Francesco Paulo Tosti.

The Federazione Abruzzese del Michigan held its annual gala at the San Marino Club on March 7, 2015. Over 240 members and guests enjoyed a delicious dinner and each other’s company. A complete dinner was served along with a deluxe pastry table and homemade cookies. Members and guests danced to the music of Eclipse.

Prayers for Deb Paglia
On February 8 a large group of FADM members attended Mass at St. Kieran Catholic Church to pray together for Deb Paglia. This demonstration of affection and support is so typical of the special group of people who belong to our club! After Mass we joined the St. Kieran parishioners for coffee and donuts.

Opera comes to Detroit via Italy.

July - great time of the year for fun and good food. How can you beat  a roasted pig! Plan on joining us this year for a wonderful time.
